ACCOMMODATION RULES (hereinafter referred to as "ORDER")

I. Commencement and termination of accommodation

1.1 Accommodation starts at 15:00 on the agreed start date, unless otherwise agreed. Information about the Client's arrival or any delays and changes in arrival shall be notified by phone (+420) 775 303 983.

 

1.2 Prior to the commencement of accommodation, the Client shall register with the Operator by presenting proof of identity (ID card, passport). Article V of the GTC shall apply.

 

1.3.

 

1.4 The accommodation is terminated by handing over the Accommodation Facility either by simultaneous personal inspection of the Operator or his representative and the Customer (his representative) or by contactless. Any damage caused to the Accommodation and/or its facilities and equipment shall be recorded in a defect report. In the case of non-contact handover, the Operator or his representative shall inspect the property himself and document (photograph) any damage found.

 

II.  Damage

2.1 The Customer/Client is liable for damages caused in the area reserved for his/her accommodation, in the common areas of the accommodation facility as well as to the equipment and furnishings of the cottage. He/she is also fully liable for visitors or animals.

 

2.2 The Client is obliged to notify the Operator without undue delay after becoming aware of the damage.

 

III. Night rest

 

3.1 The Client is obliged to observe night-time quiet from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., in particular not to disturb other Clients and the surroundings of the Accommodation Facility by loud calls, singing, music or other means.

 

IV. Animals

 

4.1 Pets are welcome for a fee of 200 CZK/night.

 

4.2. However, the owners are responsible for any damage caused. Pets are not allowed in the bed or on the sofa. It is also necessary to clean up any dirt or loose fur thoroughly after your pets. This includes cleaning the garden.

 

V. Other obligations

 

5.1 The Client shall use the accommodation premises in a proper manner and shall not make any substantial changes to the premises, including moving furniture, without the consent of the Operator.

 

5.2 It is forbidden to cover the electric instantaneous heaters or wood-burning stove with parts of clothing while drying or to place anything on the instantaneous heaters or wood-burning stove.

 

5.3 It is forbidden to use one's own electric heating element. appliances, except for electrical appliances. appliances used for personal hygiene (shaver, hairdryer) or low-power appliances used for personal use (laptops, mobile phone chargers).

5.4 The client is obliged to maintain order. Waste bins are located on the property in front of the main entrance, and there are containers for sorted waste in the adjacent car park.

 

5.5.It is not allowed to store sledges, skis, bicycles, etc. in the cottage. For this purpose, there is a bike room with a ski room in the basement of the house, accessible from the parking lot of the cottage.

 

5.6 All Clients and visitors are required to change into home shoes when entering the cottage.

 

5.7 When leaving the chalet, the Client shall close the windows, turn off the taps, turn off electrical appliances, check that the fireplace stove is extinguished and lock the entrance to the chalet.

 

5.8. Smoking may only be done outside outside of the indoor areas.

 

5.9. It is not permitted to exceed the number of persons registered in the cottage. In case of arbitrary violation of this rule (i.e. accommodation of additional persons without the consent of the Operator), the entire stay may be cancelled (termination of the contract by the Operator) without compensation!

 

5.10. It is forbidden to change the heating settings of the property and hot water heating in any way.

 

5.11. In case of using the sauna, the client is obliged to turn off the sauna immediately after finishing the sauna, leave the sauna door open, scrape the floor towards the shower drain and open the window at least to the ventilation position.

 

5.12. The operator provides a charcoal grill. This grill may only be used in the open. It is not allowed to use the grill even under the pergola.

 

5.13. A water main and fire extinguisher are located in the utility room in the basement of the house. The main electricity switch is located on the façade of the building in the meter box (when looking at the main entrance door, walk on the left side of the front door to the end of the building).

 

5.14. A child under the age of ten must not be left unsupervised by the Client - an adult.

 

5.15. Visitors to the cottage may only be received with the consent of the Operator between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm.
