RULES FOR USING THE SAUNA

Sauna preparation

1. Switch on the sauna and let it warm up. Make sure there is nothing in the sauna that does not belong in the sauna, close the door and switch on the sauna. Turn on the sauna using the button on the bottom left of the black display on the outside of the sauna. The sauna is ready (heated) to the preset 95 °C in about 30 minutes.

2. Adjust the light according to your mood. Turn the light on using the ON button on the white control panel next to the black display on the outer shell of the sauna and set the desired colour and intensity.

Before the sauna

1. Consult your physician about the suitability of the sauna before taking a sauna.

2. Do not enter the sauna on an empty stomach or immediately after eating. Do not drink alcohol or smoke before sauna time.

3. Put aside your shame and valuables before entering the sauna. Swimwear does not belong in the sauna, as it prevents proper sweating and is also prone to breeding bacteria. Take off your jewellery. They can get hot in a hot sauna.

4. Take a shower, wash with soap and dry thoroughly before entering the sauna.

In the sauna

1. When in the sauna, lie on a sheet so that it is under your whole body, including your feet. The position is your choice of sitting or lying down. Lying down warms the body more evenly, while sitting can sometimes make you feel dizzy because the hot air is trapped above.

2. Stay in the sauna for 10-15 minutes, or shorter depending on your tolerance.

3. After the sauna, cool down with a cold shower.

4. After cooling down, rest for 15-20 minutes and replenish fluids.

5. Repeat the entire sauna cycle 2-3 times, the last one should be shorter.

6. After the sauna, take a shower and wash with soap.

After the sauna

Immediately after finishing the sauna, turn off the sauna (button on the bottom left of the black display outside the sauna), open the sauna door, line the floor towards the shower drain and open the window at least to the ventilation position.
